Admin Guide - Activate Trusted URLs for Inspire Planner

In Salesforce, the Trusted URLs (formerly CSP Trusted Sites) setting is a security feature that controls which external URLs are allowed to interact with your org.

You will need to configure Trusted URLs to allow Inspire Planner’s external components and services to function properly within Salesforce without being blocked.

Please note:

You must be a Salesforce System Administrator to complete the steps below.

1. Click on the Gear Icon at the top right corner and go to Setup.
   
   
   
    
2. In Setup, enter "Trusted URL" in the search box and click on Trusted URLs.
   
   
    
3. Click Edit beside the following URLs and set them to Active.
   
   InspirePlannerPrintingService
   InspirePlannerPrintingService2
   InspirePlannerProjects
   
   
   
    
4. Click on Save when finished.
