Activate Trusted URLs

The Trusted URLs section of Salesforce allows you to specify the URLs that you trust to interact with your users and network. 

Content Security Policy (CSP) is a W3C standard that defines rules to control the source of content that can be loaded on a page. This help article walks you through how to activate the CSP Trusted Sites for Inspire Planner to ensure that all icons within Lighting Web Components (LWC) are able to display correctly.

Please note:

You must be a Salesforce System Administrator to complete the steps below.

1. Click on the Gear Icon at the top right corner and go to Setup.
   
   
   
    
2. In Setup, enter "Trusted URL" in the Quick Find box and click on Trusted URLs.
   
   
    
3. Click on Edit beside InspirePlannerProjects. 
   
   
    
4. Set "Active" to TRUE and click on Save. 
   
   
   
    
5. Repeat the steps above for InspirePlannerPrinting Service as well. Click on Save when finished.
