Add Time Tracking Only Option in Project UI

    This help article will walk you through how to configure Project Tasks to display the Time Tracking Only checkbox in the Project UI.

     

    1. Click on the Gear icon at the top right corner and go to Setup.


       
    2. In Setup, go to Object Manager.


       
    3. Enter "Task" in the Quick Find box at the top right corner and go to Project Task.


       
    4. Click on Fields & Relationships. Then enter "time" in the Quick Find box at the top right and click on Time Tracking Only.


       
    5. Next, click on Set Field-Level Security on top.


       
    6. Set it to Visible for all profiles and click on Save.


       
    7. Then, click on Field Sets in the menu on the left and click on Inspire Planner Custom Fields.


       
    8. Drag the Time Tracking Only field to the box labeled "In the Field Set" and click on Save.
