The Template Console is where you manage your project templates as versioned products and roll improvements into the projects already running them. Instead of a template improvement only reaching new projects, Smart Sync lets you push the change into active projects - reviewing every change, protecting work that has already started, and showing the schedule impact before anything happens.
Existing project templates must be migrated to the new Template Console before they can be managed using the new interface. This help article outlines the configuration steps administrators must complete to make the Migrate to Template Console feature available to Inspire Planner users.
Please Note:The Template Console is currently available as a BETA feature and will be included in Inspire Planner’s NOV 2026 Major Release, available in Production environments on November 24, 2026.
You must be a Salesforce System Administrator to complete the steps outlined in this article as it requires access to Salesforce Setup and Administration.
The Migrate to Template Console feature requires access to specific fields to function correctly. Ensure users have the appropriate permissions so they can access and use the migration functionality.
