Gantt LWC - Export a Project

Inspire Planner allows you to export your projects to Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project, giving you greater flexibility in how you work with and share project information.

• Microsoft Excel: Export project data for further analysis, reporting, tracking, and sharing.
• Microsoft Project: Export project schedules, including task details, dates, dependencies, and resource assignments, to continue planning and managing your projects in Microsoft Project.

These options make it easier to share project information, perform additional analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders who use different project management tools.

First, open the project you wish to export. Then, click on the Export icon in the Project Toolbar.

Select your desired export format: Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Project. The exported file will automatically download to your computer.

Please note:
Read, Create and Edit permissions for Documents are required to be able to export projects to Excel. Please refer to Inspire Planner - Standard Permission Set Inclusions for our permission set inventory.
