This section contains fixes we've made specific to the Gantt LWC.
Resolved an issue in Gantt LWC where the percentage complete bar could display values greater than 100% after using the “Save As” feature. The completion percentage is now calculated and displayed correctly.
Improved performance and scalability of the Project “Save As” feature by optimizing LWC-to-Apex data handling, resulting in more reliable cloning of large projects.
Fixed an issue where users were unable to see results when selecting “Show all results…” in the Add Collaborator dialog. The modal now returns results as expected.
Resolved an issue where lookup field filters were not respected when the field was added as a column in the Project Gantt. Lookup filters are now correctly applied.
Resolved an issue where using cut (Ctrl+X) and paste (Ctrl+V) in Gantt LWC caused the project to become unresponsive with an indefinite loading spinner.
Enhanced performance for large projects with 1,500+ tasks. Optimizations to save and load processes significantly reduce delays, improving overall responsiveness and user experience.
Resolved an issue where collaborators selected from the “Search for user or contact” modal were not added to the Collaborators list after clicking Add Collaborator.
Resolved an issue where Custom Date fields appeared blank in the UI after saving, despite being populated. Values now display correctly without requiring a page refresh.
Resolved an issue where updating or removing only the lag/lead value on a dependency was not retained after save. Changes to lag/lead now persist correctly without requiring updates to the predecessor.
Resolved an issue where rolled-up Budget Cost from child tasks was not saved to the parent task.
Resolved an issue where fields were displaying blank values in exported files when positioned as the last column. Values are now correctly populated regardless of column position.
Resolved an issue where the Inspire – Checklist Items component displayed a “Task not found” error when added to the Project Task Lightning Record Page. The component is now fully supported on Project Task record pages.
This section includes additional fixes and improvements across Inspire Planner to enhance stability, performance, and overall user experience.
Addressed an issue where the Project Key entered in the New Project modal was not retained when a template was applied during project creation. The value is now correctly populated in Project Details.
Resolved an issue where cloning a Gantt VF project with more than 200 tasks reset % Complete values to 10%. The clone now preserves the original % Complete values when no default task status is applied.
Resolved an issue where collaborator invitation emails displayed “%project_name%” instead of a valid project link when the Collaborator Invitation Email ID setting was blank. The system now correctly assigns a default email template, ensuring invitation emails include the proper project link.
Resolved an issue where Portfolio LWC printing was blocked by an error and did not function. Printing has been restored, and the latest print dialog enhancements (aligned with Gantt LWC updates) have been applied to the Portfolio LWC and its portable components.
Resolved an issue where the Portfolio component failed to load for users without access to certain Project fields (e.g., Budget). The Portfolio now respects Field Level Security and loads correctly even when users lack visibility to specific fields.
Resolved inconsistencies in Portfolio caused by referencing picklist labels instead of API values for Project Status and Overall Project Health. These fields now use API-based value-label pairs, and status casing has been standardized.
Resolved an issue in Static Portfolio where the Add Projects modal became unresponsive (infinite loading spinner) when search results exceeded 200 projects.
Resolved an issue in Static Portfolio where changing the color of a row had no effect after selection.
Fixed an issue where the Resource Utilization component would not load due to an invalid saved date filter (when the “To” date was earlier than the “From” date). Validation has been added to prevent users from selecting an invalid date range, improving overall reliability.
Resolved an issue where certain Resource Profile fields (Booking Capacity, Number of Resources, Work Start Time, Work End Time) were not available in the Resource Management Fields field set. These fields can now be added and displayed in the Resource Management panel.
Resolved an issue where Time Entry Billable Rate was incorrectly sourced from the User’s Hourly Rate when logging time on non-Task records (e.g., Case). The system now correctly pulls both Billable Rate and Cost Rate from the Resource Profile when one exists.
Resolved an issue in Sync Queue processing where a runtime error occurred when Salesforce_Task_ID__c was blank. The logic has been updated to handle missing values correctly and prevent invalid ID exceptions.
Resolved an issue where the portal restricted certain email domains. The portal now supports a wider range of valid email domains, including less common formats (e.g., .edu, .biz).
Resolved issues caused by case-sensitive usernames in the External Project Portal. Username handling has been improved to ensure consistent behavior regardless of letter casing.
