The Project Team is consisted of the resources you are assigning tasks to. When a Project Team record is created where the Role is defined for the resource, Inspire Planner automatically assigns Tasks with the same Role (for more information, please see Auto Assign Tasks to Project Team Members using Roles).
When Planned Effort is defined for a task that is assigned to a resource and when the resource logs their time against their assigned tasks, Inspire Planner rolls up the Total Planned Effort and Total Actual Effort on the Project Team record for all the tasks assigned to the resource on the Project.
This help article walks you through the configurations needed to see the Total Planned and Total Actual Effort on the Project Team.
Please Note: You must be a Salesforce System Administrator to complete the configurations outlined in this help article.
You will need to grant access to both the Total Planned Effort and Total Actual Effort fields on the Project Team Object.
Next, you will need to add the Total Planned Effort and Total Actual Effort Fields to your Project Team Page Layout.
